A Change at the Top Opens Door to New Opportunity at Prudent Engineering

(EAST SYRACUSE, N.Y.) – The Prudent Engineering LLP leadership team is now one less. Cletus Ezenwa, one of the principals at Prudent since its inception in 1992, has left the firm to acquire ownership of Lu Engineers in Rochester.
The Prudent leadership team led by Philip Thayaparan will guide the firm through this leadership change.
“I have worked side-by-side with Cletus Ezenwa for well over 25 years and wish him the best in his new venture." said Thayaparan. "We remain close friends. There is much I want to do at Prudent, to continue growing the business and this change will give us a jump start in that process.”
Prudent Engineering specializes in high quality transportation engineering services in New York and Pennsylvania, and is recognized for specialization in Civil/Site Engineering, Construction Inspection; Survey & Mapping; Hydrographic Survey services; Bridge Condition Inspection, and structural design.
Prudent’s staff of 51 employees work from seven offices, five in New York and two in Pennsylvania. Prudent’s Bridge Condition Inspection unit will move along with Ezenwa.
“Prudent has a reputation for excellence in bridge condition inspection and that will continue,” said Thayaparan.
